The Unified State Electronic Management System for the Fisheries Industry (eRyba) started working in Ukraine yesterday. Currently, its first component is available – declaration of the right to commercial fishing in electronic form.
This is the first step towards the digitalization of the fishery sector and the removal of the fishery from the “shadows” and the minimization of corruption risks through the transformation of permit procedures into electronic form.
Electronic declaration reduces the burden on fisheries entities by simplifying the procedures for obtaining permit documents. The possibility of providing/receiving administrative and other services in the field of fisheries in electronic form is being introduced. The service is provided free of charge online.
The software product has a convenient interface, easy and clear to use. At the same time, the State Fisheries Agency already provides technical support for users on submitting electronic declarations in any convenient way: hotline: 0 (800) 50-08-48, request through the Viber messenger to the number: (099) 458-37-18 , or e-mail: efish@darg.gov.ua.
We would like to remind you that fishing entities planning to fish on an industrial scale must declare their right to do so by November 1, 2023, by submitting an appropriate electronic declaration through the eRyba system at the link .
The eRiba system and online service were developed by the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and the State Fisheries Agency in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital, with the support of the USAID/UK Aid project “Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services/TAPAS” and the BRDO Effective Regulation Office.
